The ribeye and ribs were absolutely delicious, accompanied by great sides. The ribeye was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The ribs nearly fell off the bone and were slathered in a rich barbecue sauce. The only slight disappointment was the chocolate doberge cake, which was meant to have the texture of a cake ball; while it was decent, I would have preferred a different chocolate dessert. Our server was fantastic, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really pleasant. It seemed like it was a quiet night for them. I would probably rate our experience just over 4 stars based on what we ordered, but I believe a busier night would be a better indicator of the overall quality.
Waited an hour after our reservation time. Poor planning on management in that regard. All steaks came out medium well; although not ordered that way. I personally ordered medium and one family member ordered rare. The side dishes were fixed well. The wait staff was phenomenal; especially dealing with tense situations. The greeters were overwhelmed and being verbally assaulted by patrons. No visible manager came to their rescue.

We made a reservation, but it was not needed for Wednesday night. We were welcomed and shown a table. Our waiting staff was on point, very warm and helpful. Our meals were cooked on time and perfection. We were offered dessert and the 3 of us found what we wanted, and they were very delicious. Thank you to the Saltgrass staff for a wonderful atmosphere.

loves this restaurant. we had the range rattlers, filet mignon and ribeye steak. everything we do very delicious. our waitress was very attentive and cordial. I wish there was one in brookhaven ms.
In the last three visits, our NY strips were perfect. However, this time, while they were cooked perfectly, they were noticeably thicker than before. That's the only downside.
The food was excellent and the service was great, though it was a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a good experience!
The service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. This was my second visit, and I will certainly return again.
