We have been to Salute Market many times and it is always amazing. We usually go for their great happy hour, but last night we decided to have a relaxing date night dinner. Our server, a tall gentleman with tattoos, was excellent. The manager moved us to a larger table for our comfort without us even asking, which was a nice touch. The cocktails were perfectly mixed and the pretzel stick appetizer was fantastic. My wife enjoyed a delicious burger with perfectly cooked fries, while I had the half rack of ribs which were some of the best I've ever had. The meat was plentiful, cooked perfectly, and the barbecue sauce was sweet and smoky. The cornbread with cream cheese spread was also amazing....
I absolutely love the DJ music or live band at this restaurant, and I usually prefer to sit inside. The drinks here are also fantastic. I always go for the short rib with risotto - it's incredibly tender and worth indulging in some red meat. I usually treat myself to this dish once or twice a year, and I appreciate how they change up the menu annually. I prefer to spend my money on high-quality, fresh foods, and this place has never disappointed me in the 7 years I've been a patron. Sunday Brunch. Good menu with many options. I had the Shorty Benedict with-short ribs. It was very good the short rib was very tender and flavorful. My husband had the Hangover Cure Burger- he enjoyed it very much. a big burger). My Dad asked for a plain cheese burger and my Mom ordered the Claudia -prosciutto, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic vinaigrette, baguette. She liked it but said the baguette was a bit overdone. We ate inside, very noisy and the music was very loud. We had a difficult time trying to converse. This was my first time visiting. I will reserve my full review until after I have had another visit. The staff was extremely nice. I had the pleasure of being served by Jonah and Robert the owner stopped to say hello. Leah the catering manager also stopped by my table. Wife and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch today on the patio. We were seated promptly and greeted by our server, Mallory. She was friendly and efficient. We ordered some delicious small plate tapas. Amazing! Mallory provided excellent service. We look forward to visiting again soon.
First visit and Sunday brunch was a home field hitter.Ordered two entrees crab omelette and banana, cinnamon French toast; both were delicious. Also, sampled some amazing top shelf tequilas. Overall, a great time and kudos to Chloe for her service and Chef Elijah!
Very chill environment. Food is fantastic. Life music on thrusday is always great plus they offer happy hour. It was recently changed till 6pm which kinda sucks for me though.
