I must say that eating in salvia was a wonderful experience. that was the best meal we had in this summer as a family of six on the island. absolutely delicious food, nice quiet location and attentive service. a nice evening. very expensive, but what a pleasant surprise. try the wobble flower and the carrot starter. astonishing! also the sea bass and the Entrecôte nets were excellent and do not miss the strawberry cheesecake dessert it was a masterpiece.
The restaurant is a bit outside of the city, but is very beautiful and has a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The food was delicious and well prepared. The staff was very friendly. The waiter we had didn't know much english, which wasn't bad, but our table neighbours had one, who spoke fluently and was ablr to describe the food and tell the story about the restaurant better.
Great ambiance, easy going and very well tasting food. It’s really a must visit in ibiza, the restaurant is located in a superb garden. We’ve enjoyed ourselves!
