Wonderfully rustic restaurant in Krems. The small but fine menu is like a homage to grandma's kitchen and it tastes just as excellent. Whether it was the Waldviertel raw ham for a starter, the paprika chicken for the main course or the apricot cake, which was still slightly warm, for dessert, I could have cried with joy. And a wonderful beer from the Waldviertel. Sometimes the magic of a visit to a restaurant lies in the fact that high quality, down-to-earth and with heart and soul is served. Thank you very much, that was an absolute highlight on the cycle tour from Passau to Vienna.
