I regret to inform potential patrons of Lox of Bagels that my recent visit was deeply disappointing and far below the standards one would expect from any establishment serving food. Firstly, the condition of the premises was appalling. The tables were sticky and unclean, creating an unwelcoming and unsanitary dining environment. This was compounded by the overall dirtiness of the place, which suggests a lack of proper management and care for cleanliness. The food itself was equally unsatisfactory. I had a very disappointing experience at Lox of Bagels. The employee with short hair always looks like she’s upset and is incredibly rude and clearly dont listen carefully to orders. As a result, my order was wrong, not just once, but multiple times. It's frustrating to spend money and time for such poor service. They charge ALOT for their food , and give the most non caring rude customer service. I don't recommend this place if you value good customer service and accuracy. They make the food like if they are feeding dogs . Careless . You’re paying extra for a BAD experience.
Pretty good bagel spot. The cream cheese and lox are good and although the bagels were a bit thinner than I’d like they were still well baked flavorful. The atmosphere is much better than most bagel places I’ve been to. It’s a modern design with timeless elements that give it that classic NY/NJ deli feel. The service was pretty good too.
Went here for breakfast, and Britney basically called me a dumb B!! because she got my order wrong. Bagels were disappointing; they were hard and there was a thin layer of cream cheese, almost as disappointing as Britneys haircut. Not coming back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I went there with my son and one of their employees, Britney, has the biggest attitude. As if she's the only person in the world with problems. Anyways, I saw her spit in my food while she was yapping away at her coworkers, I just left.
Employees just turn around on their phone once you’re ready to order no one’s aware. Absolutely horrible management. Went there for a cream cheese bagel, cream cheese was moldy. Horrible excuse for bagels, very undercooked.
Meh, not so good. Filthy upholstered chairs when you first walk in, staff doesn’t look like they get why they are there. My order was wrong. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
