I used to drive out to Granville to get Lebanese sweets and found this place by accident. You can buy EVERY Lebanese sweet and pastry here for presents for parties or for yourself. They have sweets that are fresh that i had not come across before. My daughter's mother-in-law used to make her own baclava etc (she is Lebanese background) but honestly, Abla's is better. You won't find ANYONE of Lebanese background in Sydney who does not drool at the mention of Abla's. Don't go if you are on a diet.
can be expensive for a function, although the small tasty ones are tasty as they should be part of the sortiments, is far too strong in rosensirup and sugar. Not bad here, but surely lacked a spark to their baklavas or service when I was there. I've been here in the last 9 years, living in the opposite, and it's only convenient due to the proximity of the opposite, instead of factory made versions to buy from the super market or service station.
abla 's is a stone for all parties or relative visits for years. Whenever we have to bring a plate of something to someone's house, we will stop from abla's and take it a mixed plate of baklava, cookies or our favorite ladies' low . they also make good packages for new babies/wedding drinks in the inner is interesting, it is a great space with interesting things since the huge roads of baklava are occupied.
This Lebanese pastry and sweet shop is brilliant with a vast array of delicious treats. Once visited you will return, its highly addictive even if you dont have a sweet tooth. Always fresh and well presented. You can choose from pre made platters or mix and match your own. The staff are great and always helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Mirwan and team do a great job and put alot of love in there sweets.We have been going there for years and the service has always been the best .My engagement cake and birthday cakes past 15 years have been the best highly recommend them. This place has the best lady fingers (not sure if I called it the right thing).. My goodness it's definitely worth the try. If you have a sweet tooth, you must go here just for the sweets. Its a nice place to go for a quick catch up with friends and family.
my favorite libanese cake shop in the opposite! they always have the best in offer, fresh also made! I don't know what these are called, but they are filled with a cheese and an amazing rose water syrup! beautiful recommend this dessert!
The BEST baklavas - this is baklava heaven. Buy by the kilo, great value for money and oh so good...but watch your waist!

Everything this store has to offer is amazing from the taste to the seating, I would recommend this store to everyone.
Really great Lebanese cakes and terrific staff. Very pleasant to linger over coffee, not noisy-so very easy to chat.
