Stopped in and picked up a turkey club with bacon, I got the whole sandwich but would have been fine with a half... the whole must be 12-16 and is a lot of sandwich. It took awhile for them to make the sandwich but it was delicious. Good bread, a sweet sauce with the Mayo... parking was ok, with them being on a one way and Broadway, you have to circle around if coming from the east. Prices have risen quite a bit from some of the menu pictures, a whole turkey club with bacon, a bottle of water and tip was $20.
I worked on a volunteer project in the area and purchased the sandwich bag lunches for my team. The project was for a playground and my team and I found it to be nostalgic that the lunches were in paper bags. The lunches were 10/10! Everything was just RIGHT! The toppings; cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and the sauce….oh my ?. The ordering was seamless and staff was friendly. My volunteers were begging for another! Whenever I come back to the area, I will be ordering for myself and the team!
I’ve been eyeing this eatery for months and finally could stop in and LET ME TELL YOU-it blew my tastebuds out of the water. The sauce on their turkey bacon club is divine, the bread is the perfect vessel for all the fixings, and honestly I’m regretting only getting a half Sammy! I will for sure be going back. Kudos to the sweet staff and Sammy’s nephew who opened and is running place after the namesake passed away. Thanks for being the brightest spot of my day!
I was so excited to come and support this black owned business… the girl behind the counter on Thursday afternoon was rude and had an attitude. She was impatient and rude when I was asking simple questions. I felt like a hinderance and not a guest. I’ll give it another shot because the business is important to the community. Please have a coaching conversation with her. Update- I got home and my sandwich was incorrect. Super sad about my whole experience.

I'm a picky eater, but I'm always hungry so it's hard to find a place I like, but the staff at Sammy's are friendly and professional and I liked everything I tried. If sweet drinks are your thing...you gotta try the Carmel Latte :
Great food, friendly staff, clean dining area. If you're looking for something unique and delicious, drop in for a bite. Highly recommend for their breakfast sandwiches and the house sauce is fantastic!
Friendly and polite customer service. Clean and bright atmosphere with good music. Goofed sandwich and fresh and tasty ingredients. 10/10 recommend.
My breakfast sandwich was absolutely amazing!! Customer service was amazing and the chai latte I had was the best I’ve ever had in my life ??

I met the owner, who was a very kind soul. I only had a mocha coffee that she made that was absolutely the best mocha coffee I ever tasted.
The sandwich I had was fantastic, and the bread was excellent. The staff was amazing as well!
