I have been here many times and by far my most recent experience was the worst. Grilled Chicken Sandwich was extremely dry. And when mentioned to server she said with no aioli and guac it would be. Really? It was dry and seems to me just heated up and not FRESH. I was asked about if I wanted something else but asked her to take the few bites I ate on the platter away. They Leadership, Managers) don't give a hoot. PLEASE don't spend your money here. They are just really horrible and don't care about unsatisfied customers.
Worst Mai Tai I’ve ever had. If you can even call it that. It composed mostly of Orange Juice. Ordered the nachos that weren’t terrible, but they asked me if I wanted sour crème and guac on the side. Failed to mention that sour creme and guac were EXTRA. 2.50 extra to be exact. Service was fine until it came time to pay the bill. Server disappeared and we had a plane to catch. Overall would not come back. They know they can scam you because you’re stuck in an airport. 0/10 would not recommend.
This place in the Las Vegas airport is a complete dump. Do yourself a favor and eat at Wendy’s. Five TVs and none of them worked except of course the one running on loops cheesy Sammy Hagar concert videos. Food was disgusting. Fries were cold. Avoid at all costs.
The worst airport food I’ve ever eaten. Burger was dry, flavorless, and flaky which is insane. I’ve had better nachos at 7-11. Seriously if I could give this place no stars I would. I can’t believe the prices they charge for this trash food.

The food is average, just below a Dennys. the decor is pretty cool. Very fast service. We had the breakfast burrito w/sausage, and the plain Jane.
Horrible service for an airport. I have been to several Sammy's. Beach bars and this is the absolute worse

$17 pancakes were chewy and bland. $18 burrito was small and not so great.
Very disappointed in this place for multiple reasons and will not go back.
