My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday and the server was incredibly rude. I ordered the mix grilled but the chicken was not fresh at all. The rude server managed to changed it and the rest of the meat in my order remained untouched. I was very hungry so i ate the chicken that he replaced. I became sick that night, i had a bad stomach ache. I hope this review will give the server and the chef a room to improve. But overall, i will not go to eat there again.
The food is excellent but I ordered a take away at 13.05 pm and was told it would be ready at 14.00. When I arrived at 14.00 I had to wait 40 minutes for my order. My wife went with friends two weeks ago and had to wait 1 hour for desserts, totally unacceptable. They must improve their service as friends of ours have had the same problem and word spreads and they could loose valuable customers. Put more staff on or it could be dissasterous .
Excellent food, very friendly staff and great decor! We bought some delicious dishes to go home for a birthday meal. Food was cooked to order and was still delicious when we heated it to eat in the evening! Very recommended and fantastic to finally have an Indian restaurant in Castellon. Please note that the photos are taken at home and not in the restaurant!
Samrat es mi restaurante indio favorito. Las raciones son muy contundentes y la comida muy sabrosa. Además, siempre te aconsejan si tienes dudas. El personal increíble. Son muy agradables y atentos! Hay opciones para vegetarianos y buenísimas y hay tantos platos que probar! Para todos los paladares! Los celíacos tenemos opciones y muchísimas igualmente preguntar tema contaminación cruzada
Experiencia excelente. La atención fue magnífica, rápida y las recomendaciones muy acertadas. En cuanto a la comida, estaba todo buenísimo y las raciones son cumplidoras. Nos fuimos con muy buenas sensaciones, repetiremos seguro.
Buen restaurante Indio, nos gusto mucho el Dal Makhani y los pollos que pedimos, el naan muy bien. El punto de picante se nos quedó muy suave pero será cuestión de probar más veces.
