EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT AND WONDERFUL STAFF! I had two separate food orders for friends I picked up today. I placed 1 order on the back of my off-road vehicle and another order on the back seat. I noticed that 1 of the bags of salad was missing, so I saw on the front of the shop to see if it had accidentally dropped off from the flatbed car I used. Nothing. I quickly shaved the flatbed car in the basket Corral, then jumped into my SUV to leave the parking lot when I noticed my wallet, cell phone, wallet, were all MISSING! I checked my car right away. We have been members of this Sam's Club since 1985, when it was still known as Wholesale Club. It is truly a dependable discount store. Our plus membership pays for itself many times over. They offer excellent Michelin tires, and I consistently find the quality of their products to be very good. While the staff may be stretched thin, they are always helpful and courteous. Generally, they do a great job of keeping most items in stock, although the pandemic has posed some challenges. Their produce and dairy selections are very impressive. I had a fantastic experience with customer service at the White Bear Lake, MN location. Christine was incredibly helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and even recommended the scan and go app. She assisted me in downloading the app and explained how to use it. While she was helping me, several other customers approached her with their inquiries. Christine graciously assisted them while always making sure to return and help me. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the time she dedicated to assisting me.
I've been a Sam's Club member for over six years, but this is only the second time I've visited this specific location. I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of the associates I encountered. One of them was chewing gum so loudly it was quite distracting, and when I asked for help finding an item, she was completely unhelpful. Another associate had such a loud voice that I could hear her easily from across the entire store, and she was talking about her personal life. It was a very disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying we have been business members with sams club for the last 20 years. I shop at this location at least once often twice a week. I have noticed this place go down hill for the past 1.5 years. Let me tell you about my terrible shopping experience today. Today I went to sams club to purchase a battery for my vehicle. Tia in Club Pickup was rude and extremely not helpful! Ordered several cases of water and drinks and she just left the car behind my suitcase and helped other cars to load everything in their car for them. She was very unprofessional and I will not return to this place. Try to call the store several times, but it only rings
Regarding the lady in the jewelry part on 2/14/21, at noon. Maplewoo, MN. I asked if she could grab a necklace for me when she was done with the pair before me. She said she'd help me. I never came back. They weren't even so busy. This Sam, in my opinion, has decreased the last few years. I went to Costco instead.
Always clean!! Service was great!! Lunch there but out berry sundae disappointing!! And not all touch screens working that around could be cleaner!!
