First let me say the service is top notch. Beverages were kept topped up, we were seated promptly, and the wait staff was very nice. Sorry to say, the food was only meh. My wife had the fried catfish with sweet potato fries...which were more like sweet potato noodles. The catfish was fried alright, but just seemed to be lacking any amount of seasoning...like not a whole lot of anything in the flour they were breaded with. I ordered the grilled catfish with dirty rice and a side of hush puppies. The dirty rice was actually pretty good, could have been a little spicier, but not bad. This food is so delicious I ordered the seafood gumbo 3 way combo catfish oysters shrimp everything has so much flavor not to mention the customer service is amazing from the moment I sat down I was greeted by the server the owner walked over introduced him self to make sure I was taking care of for the food recommendations .

Great customer service ! Came in around 8pm on a weekday and it was very quiet and chill inside the restaurant. The shrimp gumbo was delicious but the chicken gumbo tasted a little odd. The chicken was over cooked. Everything else was delicious and I definitely will be returning to try more from the menu.

Best fried shrimp ever. Also excellent grilled shrimp. Fried catfish, steaks also delicious. Their grilled vegetables are fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was great. Ambience also welcoming and pleasant.
