Waited an hour and ten minutes for 3 meals- Mighty stack burger, steak and chicken combo and a lasgene. Only to be served cold chips with the stack burger. Instead of chicken we were served ribs! The only meal served as described was the lasagne. No apologies offered for the hour and ten minute wait. Male server checked for he chips to veryify they was cold- which they was. And to add insult staff arguing that we had ordered wrong- my friend doesn't eat pork! Could hear kitchen staff arguing and swearing in the kitchen. For £50 for three meals with drinks was utterly disappointed and won't be returning to Sammy B's for food again. Place appears understaffed and to have gone downhill recently...
We went to the restaurant for an early evening meal with our family, including two young children. Overall, the food was good, but the starters for the children, carrot sticks, were not prepared well. We made the error of ordering starters and then had to wait a while for our main courses to arrive. They were only served when we asked, which was frustrating, especially with hungry young children. The fish and Caesar salad were fine. We would consider dining here again, but we will make sure to request that the starters and mains are served at the same time.
Popped out of work for lunch. Not busy. 8 people ordered off lunch menu ciabatta's wraps chips. After 35 mins asked where food was and told it would be out in 15 mins. After an hour of waiting asked again and was told it would be soon. Had to ask for food to be wrapped to take back to work which then came out in dribs and drabs in tin foil with parts of the meal missing. The chips were lovely and hot however service wasnt good, we should have been told food would take as long as it did, no updates and certainly not one we will be using from work again.
I am local and on my home with my son. We decided to go for an early tea and we had a mega meal. Christine was brilliant looking after us AND the menu and food was very tasty. My son thoroughly enjoyed the Baked Nachos, Chicken in the Basket and still managed the Yorkie Sunday!! Mega! Thank you Christine for being brilliant x

Didn’t fancy cooking tonight so popped into sam brooks with my family. We was served and looked after by Christine who always goes above and beyond when we visit. She makes our visits worth it and want to come again : 10/10 recommend for the food service.
Came to sam brooks for lunch with friends and family and was served by christine who was really polite and she couldn't do enough for us from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out amazing service
Cane here for lunch, Christine was very helpful made us feel very welcome. Food was lovely Christine was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed Thank you we will definitely be back
mega changes here over the last 18 months or so, the atmosphere is 1000 times better. menu is brilliant and really good value and the staff and management are fab!! will be back

I had an excellent meal at this restaurant for Mother's Day. The Sunday roast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend paying a visit. Thank you.
First time eating here and the food was lovely. Service was good and our waitress Christine was really lovely and helpful.
