Truly one of the best coffee and chai ever! We were heading home from vacation and the only thing I wish is that they were closer to us! My husband can’t have much caffeine and whenever he orders decaf or half calf it’s always too watered down or an over roasted bad Americano. He’s not a big coffee drinker but still raves about it days later! A testament to the awesomeness of the half calf Americano. I had a chai latte and it was absolutely phenomenal. Forage, which was supposed to be a highlight, has a bland menu and poorly executed dishes. I used to visit three times a week and meet friends there, but after all the changes, I’ve tried to give it another chance, and it just keeps getting worse. I’m left feeling confused, disappointed, and saddened for the community.

This coffee house has a wonderful atmosphere that really enhances the experience. The farm-to-table food menu was a delightful surprise! I particularly loved my breakfast burrito with sweet potato – it added a nice twist to the dish. As for parking, there's a free public lot behind the building that includes two free EV chargers, and there's also free street parking available.

The coffee tasted over-roasted and the espresso shots were pulled poorly. The milk was way too hot and made the drink impossible to drink for 20 minutes. I’ve had far better lattes. Coffee should be the number 1 priority of a coffee shop. The rest is supplemental. Focus on the coffee. The cinnamon rolls are pretty good though.
Picked up a bag of their whole bean coffee and a breakfast burrito at the airport on the way out of town and the San Juan Blend by Cimarron has quickly become our favorite coffee. Unfortunately they won’t send orders via mail, missed opportunity maybe? Can’t wait to get back and pick up some more.
You absolutely must try the Spanish Peaks—they're incredible! The breakfast burritos are also unbeatable. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you haven't had the chance to try it yet.
Just had the San Juan salad and it was the best salad I've had in a while. Thank you to the owners and chef(s) for including bacon that is visually appealing and tastes great!
