We had dinner for two here on Monday night, after having been frustrated on Sunday night when almost everything in Barbastro is closed. The nice thing about Ramon is that they open their comedor already at 8:30, as opposed to 9:00 for most other places....We discovered that they had a three-course menu with fish and meat choices for below 20 Euros, including coffee, water, and wine. We had a very nice dining experience, after entering at 8:30 ahead of everybody else. The restaurant on the 2nd floor (1st floor for Europeans) is very stylish and classy. It helps to speak Spanish in this place, and the waitress seemed to warm up to my efforts to make myself understood in the local language. We...
