Booked here for special meal for my sons 10th Birthday, I booked via Facebook messenger and my booking was all confirmed. However from the moment we walked in we had a feeling it was not going to be a great experience when the waitress had no record of our booking! After a lot of sighing and running backwards and forwards she finally seated us on a table for 4 (there were 5 of us! by the door and one of us had to squash on the end of the table not ideal. When I say she 'seated us ' I mean she barked at us just sit there . What a lovely way to treat your customers!
