Qué decir del Sancho. De los mejores sitios de Gijón para comer un chuletón. El original. La única pega es que, a diferencia del Sancho La Merced, en éste no tienen calamares fritos. Por lo demás todo genial. Buenos camareros, magnífica carne, buenos vinos. Ojalá fuese más grande para no tener que cenar en la barra, pero es lo que hay. Merece cien por cien la pena.
