Great deck overlooking the river. Some of the chairs are not the nicest. They also have some couches around the tables. A nice place to have a couple drinks.Very limited menu. Burgers, a few salads, a couple soups and a few appetizers. Had the BBQ burger, it was ok. Could not really taste BBQ. You get 2 sides so had fries and salad. Homemade fries were really good. Wife had beef dip with fries and mac and cheese lots of food. Service was good, very friendly servers. The burger and the beef dip were not good enough to make me want to try eating here again. .
Sandbar has a nice patio that overlooks the river. Burgers are made in house and I had the big fat Greek one which was pretty good.Our server forgot about us after ordering drinks and we waited 40 minutes from ordering to eating because "it was busy". I repeatedly heard the servers saying the kitchen was backed up and we didn't seem to be the only table waiting.There was a live solo musician who did classic cover songs which I enjoyed. Not sure if that is a regular occurrence or a one time thing.
Went to check it out. When we got inside there seemed to be no sign indicating whether we should wait or seat ourselves. Since no one seemed to notice us when went in and sat at bouth. We sat and waited. Then discussed that perhaps it was a self serve. Not impressed we got up and as we were leaving a server said she was just bringing our menus. Too late
Went for dinner, ordered a burger and a beer. Not too many ways that you can ruin a burger, but they manged to find two, Overcooked and seriously over seasoned patty. Only 1 other table waiting to be served and it still took 30 mins to get my meal. Horrible beer on tap selection. Many other better places to spend your money in town.

This is by the river with a patio that provides a great view while you enjoy cold beverages and a meal. It was a hot day and shade was welcomed as we enjoyed burgers, fries and cold beer. Their menu is limited so you might want to check first to make sure it meets your expectations. It was perfect for our group.
We had wonderful seats on the patio, beside the river.The service was very good, being attentive but not in your way.They have a fairly extensive bar menu and the drinks were delivered quickly.The menu has good variety.The food arrived quickly and was very good.Overall we had a very good dining experience.
This is such a great location, especially their patio on a sunny day. Unfortunately that is the best part. The food was average and the service was a bit slow. Also, they need to add more choices to the on tap beers.
Consistently dynamite, although they are knew and I've only tried 4 of their 15 or so choices of burgers I would say best burgers in town. Great patio & local beers on tap. A place to try for yourself!

Thought we would try out the new burger and BBQ jointThe only BBQ on the menu is there sauce! No ribs, chicken or brisket to be had.
Best new restaurant in Kamloops. Compliments to the chef. Fresh tasting ingredients with homemade taste. Will be back.
