very bad experience here yesterday. lunch for 7 in a half empty restaurant. the service was very slow, although several tables were empty. we had 2 zöliakien in our party and made sure that the waitress understood our order that she read us back to confirm when the net arrived, the child meal was wrong (2 gf meal instead of 1), then the adult meal was wrong, we had 4 french with one ordered to be gf, but 4 identical french were in demand and only when we were asked, this then took time to sort, which meant that the remaining meal arrived cold. To be fair for the manager, he has deducted the entire food costs from the bill, but if they are dealing with allergy customers, they can not make any...

Went here for food on a hen weekend. Really nice venue with equally nice food which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The service was ok although communication with the staff was very awkward, they sometimes appeared a little clueless. We asked for water for the table a number of times and the overall table service oddly humorous.

our stay in one of their very well equipped rooms was very enjoyed. breakfast (internally we had set an breakfast bar in front of our door, this allows us to go for a walk and back to breakfast, and evening meals were excellent. the chef was amazing and the staff too. it is worth visiting when they are on anglesey.

this is an exceptional hotel and restaurant. beautiful modern well-equipped spacious bedroom and bathroom. teacup outside room in the morning, full of breakfast. would like to have a seasonal sweet side option.

the highlight were the desserts including the excellent jam chocolate brownie. a good service and a little pleasure. the seafood was good, but the price turtle was not to protect. hmmm.
