There were four ladies going for a birthday night out and decided to visit this restaurant. We ordered a breaded chicken chips, Carbonara, 2 steaks with dauphinoise potatoes as shown in the picture. The lady came to take our order and advised there was no paella. The chicken arrived as a small plain fillet, no breadcrumbs but that was fine. The Carbonara came out next and one steak but they didn't know which one this was (rare or medium rare). We then waited 10 minutes for the next steak to arrive. Two of us has finished our meals and we realised that the steaks were given to the incorrect people, plus they cam with just dried up chips. We complained to the waitress and she just laughed and...
Been here a few times in the past and it does vary in quality and atmosphere. This visit was very good. A hot day and, unfortunately, a sad occasion but we sat under cover, it was not too busy as many places are this year and we had a very good, and enjoyable, meal. The wait staff were pleasant and helpful, Covid care was taken and overall, very good. It is not going to be a go to a lot place as we are a little way from here and there are closer places we also like.
Last year we had very good and pleasant dinners at local Spanisch restaurant Santa Monica. This month we had breakfast here one time which was not really what we expected. Also this week we went back for dinner, Ordered spareribs (churrasco in the menu card) Incredible spicy and horrible taste. We did not eat much from the served plate. We paid and left we NO tip!
Was over in early August, for a week used on 6 occasions, great restaurant, very reasonable prices great service and staff lovely people can't look after you enough, will use again on my return, highly recommend to anyone you will always find something on the menu, the coffee top notch,, gracias for great service, David. Lady of the house terrible, we miss the caballero... Both pastas swimming in oil, albóndigas not good, these are classics! Smallest fish ever at 12,40€??? Maybe better to put some motivated people in because the location &interior are good
Just plain and simple tapas . Just as It should be . Great service , good prices , good atmosphere, friendly , busy . Plenty of choices on the menu if you want meals and paella’s . Can’t fault it . Really good place .
Visited today for lunch. Great tapas with friendly staff and i was made very welcome. Also good value compared to others nearby. Extensive menu for trying out another day.
