I don't eat ramen often, but my wife and I were in the mood for some today. First, we tried to go to Hokkaido Ramen in the marketplace, but it had a ridiculously long line, so we walked over to Kahoo Ramen instead. No wait, cool decor, good music...and pretty solid ramen! I had the spicy tonkatsu and my wife had the kotteri miso ramen. Great broth and meat in both, with large enough portions that we ended up taking some home. Plus, the servers were very friendly, helpful, and on point with pre-bussing the table (something you don't see much these days).
Pretty good, ordered the B combo with spicy Ramen. The Ramen has a good tooth, the soup is good, they give lots of toppings and it comes nice and hot. It's only $1 more for the large. The ikura and sake don (salmon roe and salmon bowl) is good but they now put it in a plastic clam shell instead of a proper bowl. I much prefer the bowl. Seating can be problematic if you come around lunch or dinner time. The combo costs about $21 which seems a little over-priced to me. Maybe next time I'll just get the Ramen.
Awesome place to get authentic ramen! I always came here whenever I’m in San Jose. The medium size ramen was enough for me since the bone broth was very flavorful. Somehow there were more meat in the ramen than usual. I usually finished the noodles last and couldn’t find any meat left. But this time there were more than 3 pieces of meat and good-sized too! The tables were few and there were plexiglass or plastic barriers between tables. You can pay with credit cards or apple pay not just cash.
I have been coming here for five years. I am a regular I try to come once a month. The food here is great I have literally tried everything on the menu. This is a small place inside so be prepared for along wait to get seated (they will sit you only if your entire party is here . This place is worth the wait. Also be hungry because the portion sizes are big. Their homemade spicy hot sauce is everything! They only have a limited selection for to go items and they accept card.

A popular Hokkaido ramen franchise that specializes in miso ramen. Would recommend getting a set with the spicy miso or regular miso ramen. A large upgrade is barely a $1, so a great value if you're hungry. This is also one of the few ramen spots that offers natto as a side dish. Better than hotel restaurant natto, but not quite restaurant-tier yet. The only thing missing to complete the Hokkaido ramen experience is the lack of of a butter addon.
Great ramen place. This place is inside a complex with Japanese grocery store, book store, desert places and few other eateries. The ramen was tasty but the seating area was limited, given the long queue at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the spicy miso ramen. Very flavorful and tasty. We had to wait around 35 minutes to get the food served. Unfortunately, it serves no vegetarian options.
This is my go-to Ramen place and it’s honestly really nice! The staff there is super nice and I end up coming there with my boyfriend almost all the time to the point.. where the staff there recognizes us cause we always go there during our days off from work. Finally, I always get my Spicy Miso with extra noodles and side of coke
Fantastic atmosphere, very friendly staff, and all the food we had was delicious! Great curry with chicken karaage, loved the appetizer of pork chashu (the best part of ramen and theirs was as good as I've had anywhere), and then chicken over rice (not my favorite of the 3 but still good).

Black Garlic Miso! This was my first time ever trying it, and I went for the spicy version. Wow, the broth had a great kick to it! It was a unique experience, and I can’t wait to come back and explore other varieties.
