Can’t describe how sad I’m about this place! The only thing that’s the same is the name every teller is different. The taste has gone down the drain. Santucci’s used to be a gem and I have been going there over 10 years. The sandwich is so dry. The sandwiches are pretty good but the wait is inexplicably long. I ordered with one other person waiting for a sandwich and it took like 20 minutes, for two sandwiches.
