We took our teenager grandson for a supper in this neighbirhood restaurant in a very residential area. It was a pleasant surprise. Yih walk in the place and the smells are “authentic Italian”. The Italian dishes were 2 ou of 3 good to very good....The only small disappointment was the gnocchi. They were ok but to an expert’s palate a bit too consistent (a bit chewy). Everything else and the service were excellent. I would recommend it and next time I’ll try their pizzas that looked deliscious
Our son and his wife treated us to dinner at this new restaurant. We arrived in the early evening and decided to share a salad. My husband ordered a vegetarian pizza, our son ordered a three cheese pizza, our daughter-in-law ordered salmon with vegetables, and I ordered the gnocchi. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu and all had either cappuccinos or espressos. The restaurant is family-run, the washroom was clean, there was free parking on the street, and the staff was friendly.
I have eaten here over the years and it is a fine little local restaurant. My last visit, the temperature was way too low inside. I asked them to increase the heat but they ignored and/or neglected to act. In the middle of Siberian Montreal...winters, I find it dreadful that a restaurant keeps its temperature so low. Unforgiveable.
service was super slow there were maybe 15 to 20 people in the restaurant. Pizza I had was not that good same for my wife's pasta. there was 1 waiter for the whole restaurant .He seemed always to be complaining.do not know what the hype...was all about but trust me this is 1 place you stay a 100 miles away from. It’s surprisingly good. And I don’t mean that negativity. It’s in a little corner of a neighborhood and in the basement of a building. But the food is good. Fresh and served with a smile. I work not too far from there. And do not...hesitate to go. Their pizza is awesome !
This cozy restaurant has an old-school Italian atmosphere that creates a great feeling when you walk in. The service was excellent, with a generous 30% tip. The food was delicious, especially the fantastic pizza and arancini. Many thanks, I will definitely be returning!
Recommended by a friend and so glad I tried it. Food was delicious yes a little on the pricey side but well worth the FoDeserts were also amazing focatia and hot sauce!! Service is a little special Carlos is quite a comedian and tries his...best to please!
