Kebabs were really nice. I’ve only tried two other Kurdish kebabs (wraps from azmar and dijla- both on Edgware Road the Kebabs here were good, but azmar was nicer . I’d rate this second of those three. The vegetable starters we was nice. Hummus was okay, tastes like the ones you buy in most Middle Eastern markets. Yoghurt and olives were nice. It was all free, including bread. Waitress didn’t make clear that chips were an extra charge . She asked if I wanted kebab with salad , rice or chips. It didn’t cost a lot , only £3 more but she should have made that clear . Rice/ Salad come with the meal as standard. Chips were not nice. Under cooked and soggy. I was not satisfied with the bad customer service at sarchnar. the waiter seemed frustrated when I began to ask about the different sauces that accompanied the biryani. the service was fast, but eating tasted terrible. the best part of the meal was the lens soup that was complementary. the hackfleisch kebab had no choke at all and the chicken had been infused with much too much garlic. we were overloaded with broth and had very little to dive in. the food has really enjoyed here and the service is very good. excellent value for money, some of the free starters were better than those I paid in past. the kebab is one of the best I have tasted and the fresh bread is light and tasteful. the lamb neck was tender and juicy with a generous amount of meat. to finish their meal, they get a free tee and a few pieces baklava that really taste beautiful.
Amazing delicious Iraq cuisine, lovely complimentary starters, with fresh naan bread which was complimentary as well, service and staff very polite and helpful. Food was amazing. Been here quite a few times with mates, it’s very chilled and have some outdoor seatings. We usually go for mix grills and the food is great. This amazing bread and starters are complimentary. And one cup of Turkish tea and baklava is on the house. Recommended
Place was really friendly and cheerful, I was looking for good food near to my hotel , ppl were very welcoming, food was delicious and the coast was acceptable too, would like to thank the owner who was looking after all the customers
excellent restaurant. I live in london and know most restaurants around the opposite, sarchnar is definitiw one of the best, and they have a large list in their menu, price very reasonable, service also very well recommended.

The staff at this restaurant was very unfriendly and they only accept cash payments. The nearest cash machine is 0.5 miles away, and when my friend went to get cash, they asked me to wait outside the restaurant.
