Thank you, Sardella, for helping me impress work colleagues visiting from out of town! It had been my responsibility to chose the restaurant for dinner and, my, did you help St. Louis make a good impression! The ambiance was cozy, the noise level was low, and the service was attentive and generous. We all agreed that our favorite dish of the evening was the roasted carrots, though the scallops and the pastas were excellent too. Very kindly, in this area of Coronavirus, you allowed us to split one serving of ice cream into three separate bowls, so as to provide just a taste of something sweet at the end of the meal. another jewel through the award-winning chef craft. eating and service were a standout. heavy fish was perfectly cooked and chicken dish was juicy and tasteful. not polite and simply a pleasant experience by a wonderful staff. I hope to come back soon.
The food and ambiance is amazing. I expected a little more personality from our server though and I think he should have asked if it was our first time visiting, which it was. I feel that should always be the first thing a server asks.

Our server did an amazing job and the food was pretty legit. We had the burrata bruschetta, roasted carrots, ricotta cavatelli, black trumpet scarpinoc, and the sump espresso affogato.
I wish I had written this review with each course I enjoyed at Sardella last Sunday! It will be hard to remember everything we ate but the memory of this
