The staff, who I assume are all family, were incredibly friendly and attentive. It's a busy pizzeria restaurant, and everyone is greeted warmly upon entering, which is a lovely touch that makes you feel welcome. We can't wait to take our friends there for a fun dinner. I've heard great things about their homemade sangria, and although I don't typically drink sangria, I might just give it a try next time. A big thank you to the staff for making our dinner such a pleasant experience. The ambiance is relaxed, very clean, and welcoming. Definitely check this place out!
I had a troubling experience at Sarto's. I ordered a cheese pizza for $12 over the phone, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged $18. I mentioned that their website should be updated to reflect the correct price, and in response, the staff member followed me out of the store, shouting and berating me. He even threatened me until I reached for my phone to call the police, at which point he backed off. The pizza itself was decent, but I was left shaken by the encounter.
The staff atr very professional, nice and friendly towards customers. They treat their customers very well. They take orders very well with no.problems. They make food very well, food taste very good. They make delicious food and great atmosphere. The pizza was delicious, the chicken parmesan was fantastic, and the garlic knots were wonderful! The service was friendly as well. We'll definitely return!
