Saw this place in last winter and it's been on our to-go list ever since. I've never had Georgian food, and from their menu they look very tempting. We ordered one cold and three hot appetizers, plus one entree. Badrijani (eggplant roll): it was yummy. It tasted like mince wrapped by eggplant, although on the menu it says it's walnut paste inside. If you like eggplant you should try this. Crepes and Cheburek were good too. Both contained grounded beef. Megrelian Kharsho: at a first look I thought it was beef curry, but the taste was very different; I could taste beans and nuts from the sauce. My review is based on two dishes I tried: Megrelian Kharcho and Khachapuri Megruli. Both were excellent and absolutely mouthwatering. The Megrelian Kharcho was particularly outstanding—full of flavor and deliciousness that I can't stop raving about. The Khachapuri Megruli was also fantastic, and it far surpassed any pizza I've had. I was completely stuffed after the meal and even took leftovers home. While I might not be an expert in Georgian cuisine, Sarko truly excels with their offerings. My review is based on 2 items that I ate at Sarko Megrelian Kharcho and Khchapuri Megruli. Both were excellent and mouth watering. Especially, Megrelian Kharcho was to die for. Flavourful and tasty. Khchapuri Megruli was equally tasty and waaaaay better than any pizza. I was stuffed after this meal and even took leftovers home for later. While I 'm no expert in Georgian food, Sarko knocks it out of the park with their Georgian food. Their dishes are tasty and flavourful. This restaurant offers an authentic experience with delicious Georgian cuisine, which I believe is the best in the world. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is top-notch. While Georgian and Russian are the main languages spoken, English is also warmly welcomed. Having spent years in Georgia, I can confidently say that the flavors are as vibrant as I prefer, and the Georgian wine is exceptional—no red wine can compare to Semi-Sweet Kindzmarauli. It’s truly a unique experience, and it's clear that it's a family-run establishment. I highly recommend it!
I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for the past two years, and last week I finally made it! I wish I had gone sooner. The decor was stunning, and I absolutely loved the cute bear at the front. The service was also excellent; my friendly server helped me choose the khachapuri adjaruli, a beautifully baked dish resembling a boat, filled with cheese and topped with an egg. The flavor was amazing, and the cheese had a ricotta-like texture that was delightful. The soup was fantastic—full of flavor and clearly made with love! I can't wait to come back.

Great little gem in Vaughn. The food was delicious and well made. The bathroom was spotless. Get the beef and tripe stew and their fresh made bread. The eggplant stew was also delicious. I’ll be going back to try other dishes.
