I had a really disappointing takeout experience. I placed my order in advance using a third-party app, but when I arrived to pick it up, I saw that the app indicated my order had already been picked up. When I inquired about my food, the staff barely took three seconds to search for it. To make matters worse, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent. It’s likely that my order was mistakenly given to someone else.
I usually love Sarku Japan but the service and quality today was horrible! First off a 45min wait for a sushi roll, Ridiculous! Second I paid for the 6 dumplings and only received 4. I also paid for extra chicken and extra teriyaki sauce and hardlyreceived any teriyaki sauce. The service was horrible and the workers where rude. If you don?t like your job you don?t have towork there simple as that.

The food overall is become tasteless where the rolls are made with sub-standard tuna and other meats , stale avocado, heavy peanut oil chicken and other meats, and tasteless teriyaki for any selection.The noodles are cooked for under 2 minutes prior going in the box for customers.This location really needs to work hard in multiple areas to make it consumable again.I would not recommend this place.
This food was bland and service was horrible. This was my first time at this franchise and I was rushed while no one was in line behind me. Also the cashier seemed to be condescending when I asked questions trying to navigate the menu.Needless to say with bad food and bad service I will NOT be back.
I got beef bento and it was delicious and service and was great. The dancing eel had the right amount avocado and crab in the roll, and the eel on top of it was amazing. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly.
Workers can get a little annoying, some are nice though. Great food never disappoints. Good for price, pretty healthy. Satiating and remains hot for a while.

Tiny portion. I remember this place serving fairly sizeable portions. It's like 60% of the original portion now.
