Welcome back. The young woman who welcomed us was cruelly lacking in professionalism. No smiles, no information about our day. She just paid us and gave us our key. That's it! The room is nice but the bathroom is another time! The restaurant room is very nice and breakfast is correct. The hotel is well located, 2 steps from the crozatier museum.
The hotel is well located and offers the advantage of free parking, which is very convenient for travellers. However, phonic insulation, especially at door level, leaves to be desired and can affect the quality of the stay. Another disappointing point concerns their non-participation in the atmosphere of the King of the Bird, a local event. I also noticed a lack of coherence in ecology: despite the instructions posted for the reuse of towels in order to preserve the environment, these are systematically changed
The rooms are aging and especially the bathroom. The joints are to be redoed, no light in the shower you must like to wash in the black once the curtain is closed. Soundproofing isn't great, you don't have to have a big snorkel in the next room Value for money wasn't on top. If we were on a 2-star I wouldn't have had any problems, but 3 I'm pretty perplexed. Very well located near the heart of downtown. Beautiful rooms. But: A little long at the arrival at the reception.. We a group of 30 people were out of season, this may be a meal service with employees novices no glass coming to table, wine service before the water.. brief, no very serious..But damage for a 3 stars.. Hotel well located, in particular close to the sites highlighted during the summer and a large park. Very good staff and service. Enjoyable free parking. On the other hand, in order to merit the 3 stars, the curtains should be avoided in the rooms (cf room 501 in August 2023).
The welcome is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean and the food is perfect even if the portions may seem small... we can't say anything given the price...
For this 3-star hotel, the restaurant is ordinary and the service is medium. Maybe there's a shortage of qualified personnel?
