This is possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The chow mein was dry and the meat seemed fake. The duck had no flavor and was greasy, while the prawn toast was overcooked. I contacted the restaurant and the owners were rude, insisting there was nothing wrong with my food. They refused to give me a refund and were completely unhelpful. The service was terrible, with a rude lady shouting in another language at some points. Despite being loyal customers, my partner and I will no longer be returning due to the poor handling of our complaint. It seems like the owners could benefit from a lesson in customer service in order to run a successful business that values its customers.
The service at this restaurant was extremely poor, even before we placed our order. Despite this, we proceeded to order a set meal for two, with some modifications to suit our preferences. When we got home, we were disappointed to find that the chow mein noodles were overcooked, the rice was dry and overcooked, and the duck lacked flavor. Overall, it was the worst Chinese food we have ever had and we were very unsatisfied. Unfortunately, both myself and my partner fell ill throughout the night after eating here. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
The food was delicious at this restaurant. What I particularly enjoyed was that I ordered crispy chicken with sweet chili sauce and they served them with the sauces on the side, allowing me to mix them as I pleased (to keep the chicken crispy). I highly recommend this place and will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you.
In my over 40 years of eating Chinese food, I have never had a worse experience than this. We picked it up on time, brought it home, and ended up throwing it away. I felt terrible, like I had been robbed. I advise you to never, ever go here. Consider yourself warned.
