Excellent selection of mouth watering Indian food including Tandoori, Curries and offering both meat protein and vegetarian dishes. The manager, Alvin, and his staff are attentive and so polite. Definitely recommend Sattva Indian Cuisine in Aliso Viejo. Great place to eat before going to the adjacent movie theaters Edward's Aliso Viejo Stadium .

5 star food 5 star service. If you want a meal that reminds you of home, this is the place to come. Tarun is a delightful host and this is a must visit every time I'm in town! Open kitchen so you know the food is fresh. None of the frozen premade items
