This is a very mediocre restaurant. After asking for water w/o ice for 3 people, we each received a glass filled with ice. When we asked for it to be replaced we got 3 plastic water bottles. The service was very slow, they were out of drinks ingredients for the cocktails we ordered. I had the crab cake sandwich which was tasteless and filled with more bread than crab. And then the waitress brought the bill w/o even asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. The place was almost deserted on a Sat lunch time and now I know why.
The view overlooking the harbor was great. We were there for Mother's Day brunch buffet. There was a nice selection of food, but the flavors didn't hit the spot. If regular brunch is less than $50pp I might return for only the view as the ladies liked the ambiance. Why do restaurants charge a 20% gratuity for parties of 6 or more and list it as a service charge and then expect a gratuity after that. The servers only bring you beverages and clear your plates- not full service.
We went on the last night of burger week. An incredible view of the Potomac at sunset. Great service. Only place we could bring our puppy. Their sliders and fries were on sale for $10. The loaded tots were delicious! I had the sauciety burger. I asked for medium, but it came out well done. My husband said the sliders were good.
The view of the harbor is fantastic. However, the food and atmosphere don't quite match the price point. If you're searching for a romantic date night destination, this isn't the place for you. It’s more suited for families or hotel guests who are looking for a decent meal.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. It wasn't crowded when I went, and the service was excellent. The food and drinks were delicious. While it is a bit on the pricey side, I believe it’s worth it. I’ll definitely be returning!
Food was very good, nice selection. It was served quickly and at the right temperature. We had a great view from our table. Access was easy as the restaurant is part of the Westin hotel that we stayed at.
Cool place in the westin. Bar staff is exceptional and very kind. Food is great for a hotel kitchen, which are usually mediocre. This is a nice restaurant and hotel that's priced way better than the
Good food. The burger, crab cake burger and salmon Caesar were are excellent. Pita was stale but they replaced it no problem. Harbor Punch drink was yummy.

I was taken here for a birthday brunch. The food and service were amazing.
Well no one would wait on us so we left! My opinion is they are TERRIBLE.
