We have lived in Decatur, GA for almost nine months and we have driven by Savage Pizza located at 115 Laredo Drive in Avondale Estates, GA several times so we decided to give this pizza place a try. We were having six friends over and we wanted to serve pizza. We were not disappointed! This is a fun super-hero-themed restaurant serving specialty pizzas with homemade sauce and dough. As we entered the restaurant, a gentleman welcomed us and offered to take our order. We ordered five large pizzas to go and he said they would be ready in about 20 minutes. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! SO GOOD WE WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY!! And i must say it was a very nice touch to see men running the place. Fabulous local pizza. From the looks of it there are other great items on the menu as well. I stick to a well done pepperoni pizza at all pizza places I try (don’t give them a hard time for the burnt crust in the picture that’s how I like it). One of the better ones I’ve had, thanks!
