This is the second time we have dined at this cafe.Having driven there from Central coast huge disappointment.Being greeted by a waitress with a grubby tea shirt.Even the area to check in for Covid looked grubby.We were seated immediately being asked what we wanted hadn’t...even had time to look at menu.The last time we ate at the Cafe there were lots flys we thought it could have been the position however there were even more flys than last time.We ordered lunch then the waitress retuned to tell us that there was no more Frittata even though it was only 12.00 .We reordered our meals which was a wrap and a crepe Our milkshakes arrived straight away 40 mins later our lunches..The wrap was jus...
family celebration for birthday. we were in the lower part of this caffe, veranda, exposed area service was good, food average... some dishes were good, some very average coffee was good and hot, which was a great surprise coffee better than the one. the real question I want to check is the cleanliness of the place/area where we sat, it was good under any level of acceptable commercial hygiene, especially in these covid times the two high chairs we asked to be at the table for our meeting, were dirty, they were really dirty, never saw a good cleanliness for a very long time. we didn't use them before we cleaned them to the best we could. really, savannah on swan get some cream cleaner and ge...
the reason why I gave 2/5 was because of the lack of respect that was shown by the male waiter not to wear a mask that made us feel rather unpleasant. the COVID numbers are rising around us. the rest of the staff wore masks. he didn't think. to elderly people or pregnant daughters. it was about him. no hospitality skills. Even if a few women gave him on the eating compliment there was no answer, he just kept his head down. it was either his first day, or he didn't get any training. it is the responsibility of management to think about their customers. if the input sign says that masks have to be worn, they would think that the personal would at least fit. I'll look for a place somewhere else...
Booked 2 months in advance for my daughter’s 16th birthday breakfast. They waited 25 minutes for their drinks and ordered their food straight afterwards. Over an hour later they still hadn’t received their food.... when they went to enquire about it the owner blamed them...because one girl had arrived late. In the meantime many other people had ordered, eaten and left. As a parent at a separate table part of my order was forgotten and when I mentioned it politely, they organised for the side of mushrooms to be delivered. The waitress slammed the plate down and said “is that all?” No apology forthcoming until I pointed out several times how rude they had been and that they ruined my daughter’...
Booked a table which was great, arrived seated, order taken without a lot of enthusiasm, coffee drinks took a long time to come, meal arrived but 1 meal missed was retrieved when asked if it was coming. On the whole the meals...were good except for my toast on under my food which I specifically asked for separate the avocado was grey brown uneatable..ordered more drinks but didn’t arrive, then was asked to do order again as the 1st one hadn’t been submitted, then asked if we could be gone by 12:30 when we had just ordered more drinks..service on the whole was not very friendly, no smiles, didn’t make you feel welcome..No split bills which is hard when you are eating with friends..
A great little place where the food was really good quality. Service was friendly and quick, even though they were very busy. Lots of local crafts on sale from cups and paintings to wood cuts. We were passing through and really glad we stopped. Food...was that good that I was halfway through before I took my photo :
This combination gift shop and Cafe struggles to compete at either in this town. The food is reasonably prized but ordinary. The squid barely raised my interest and the chips were barely acceptable. This place needs a revamp from bottom up and new thinking. Lovely...location. Potential is huge.
sitting there for the first time in a very long time. not quite disappointing. eating like I remember was great. I enjoyed the ceremonies especially. very nice meal, friendly staff and affordable prices.
with a group of friends to the breakfast while visiting the city and found the food well cooked and delicious. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and we had to eat outside, but this is not her fault.
