I had great hopes after reading the reviews, but I was disappointed. Food, though healthy, lacks in taste. The menu reads more like a book, so it takes some time to find out what to order. The menu describes healthy food for the body, but there are server dishes with meat and fish that make no sense. If you want to eat healthy, animal products should not be part of the diet as they cause disease. As a vegan, I also had limited options. I ordered the ribbon pasta with vegetables. It was oily and lacking salt, garlic and taste. The strange thing is, the dish had many herbs, but they had a muddy taste profile that did not present bright or tasty aromas. Savarin war wirklich eine ganz neue Erfahrung, und wir werden definitiv wieder dort essen gehen. In meinem kleinen Heimatort hätte ich ein solches Restaurant niemals vermutet. Ohne Karte, nur mit Infotafeln, und der Inhaber wusste unheimlich viel über Heilpflanzen, öle und Küche ohne künstliches „Gedöns“. Wir hatten Pasta und Pilze, meine Eltern Pilze und Gemüse, vorher Suppe (Kürbis/Marone). Wahnsinn, man vermisst echt das Salz am Essen nicht, hätte ich nicht für möglich gehalten. Die Preise sind natürlich etwas höher, aber dafür schmeckt man die Qualität der Speisen. Schade nur, dass auch Fleisch angeboten wirdWir sind gespannt auf den nächsten Besuch!

Das Savarin ist am besten unter allen veganen Restaurants. Suppen, Pasta, Gemüse, Desserts ganz anders zubereitet. Besonders lecker und besonders gesund. super schön eingerichtetes Restaurant . Schade, dass ich 5 Sterne nicht vergeben kann, wsel HappCow akzeptiert hier nur 4 Sterne

Wunderbares Essen und unglaublich nette Gastgeber! Nur im Sommer in einem schönen Ambiente!...und mit etwas Glück auch mit wunderbarer Live-Musik. Wie ein Urlaubstag!
