Ordered food from here, firstly I was over charged. Food arrived and the chips were rock hard and cold ! Chow mein was terrible and soggy. Telephoned to complain about what we had received and was told they would knock some money of the next time we order. I explained that there wouldn 't be a next time as food is so bad. The lady then replied saying that she is currently eating some food out of the shop saying 'it tastes fine and has been cooked for over 2 hours ' a very unhelpful and sarcastic response. Stay away from this take away terrible food and manners from staff !!!
My Son asked for his to be made extra spicy and they obliged. I know this place gets mixed reviews like anywhere .. But Think In all the years we have been using this certain Chinese takeaway we have only been disappointed once. Always found the person taking your order on the phone very pleasant helpful too especially if you need to ask any questions on what certain meals contain always very pleasant when you walk in order from the counter .... No complaints from me or my family so far .
Absolute joke of a place! Placed and order at half six and was told it’d be 45 minutes. Phoned again at half 7 and was told would be another 15 minutes! Then at 8 o clock phoned to cancel and that lass on the phone says “oh I’m sorry I’ll have a fresh meal cooked and brought to you immediately”. That’s what you should have done in the first place!!! So after an 1 hour and 45 minutes and sat here with no food. New oriental it is!
This restaurant was terrible. I spent £30 and ended up throwing the food away. The rice was like couscous, the prawn crackers were stale, and the sweet and sour chicken balls tasted strange. The Chinese pork was soggy from being swimming in water. I don't think I need to continue, this place should definitely be shut down.

Even though this restaurant is not in our neighborhood, we always choose to go to Saveway instead of the closer takeaways near our home. We have always enjoyed our meals from here and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly when we place our orders and we always enjoy the food we receive.
This Chinese takeaway used to be fantastic years ago, but it has sadly declined in quality. I will post a photo of my prawn cracker to show just how disappointing this meal was. It was brown, stale, and limp. The rest of the meal was equally disappointing.
Always happy with what ever we have each ordered as a family ... Always tasty, very pleasant staff. Highly recommend!!
Food was vile, the girl on the phone was a drip and wouldn’t get a refund even tho the food went in the bin

Chicken was like rubber definitely won’t be eating from there in a hurry. Supposed to be crispy
