I absolutely love this restaurant in Bay Shore. My favorite dish is the BBQ pork Vietnamese sandwich, it's amazing. The beef scallion pancakes are also a must-try. I've also enjoyed their bowls, particularly the donburi. The pho is delicious, with perfectly seasoned broth. The prices are affordable, the portions are large, and the food quality is consistently fresh. The service is always friendly. I highly recommend this place! This restaurant is a hidden gem that definitely deserves a visit. The beef scallion pancake appetizer is fantastic. The donburi and curry bowls are delicious and come in generous portions. The waiting area and restroom are clean, a good indication of the restaurant's quality. Prices are reasonable. Overall, this is my favorite spot for fusion-inspired cuisine.
Got a Savor bowl with tofu and rice noodles. It is absolutely delicious. You have to try it. There's corn, broccoli, bok choy, and a peanutty type sauce. Selected a mild very like a mild Croatian. Don't forget to get a , passion, fruit, iced tea it's amazing.

I'll be honest. I only ordered the tofu sticks. They were AMAZING!!! I didn't even need the sauce. I live over 30 min away, but I'll be back for the tofu.
