A warm welcome, prompt service, and excellent food. We started with dim sum and cuttlefish, plus calamari. Everything was superb except the calamari, which was a bit tough and dry. The dim sum was top quality. For mains, we had garlic pak choi, sweet and sour pork, and seafood in black bean sauce—all outstanding. No desserts were offered; a simple canned lychee would have been appreciated. The ambience could be improved as the restaurant felt a bit cold and the lighting was too harsh, though the chairs and tables were comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable meal, and we will definitely return!

Ambience could be better, the restaurant was a bit cold and the lighting too hard, comfortable chairs and tables, All in all a very nice meal, we will be back!
Authentic Shanghai dishes, expertly prepared. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Cambridge. The aubergines with green chilies were outstanding. Service can be a bit inconsistent, but the cozy, homemade atmosphere more than makes up for it.
It turned out to be a surprisingly refreshing evening at the restaurant. The wonderful server went above and beyond to make sure our meal was served promptly. The food was delicious, and we will definitely be returning!

Proper Shanghai dishes. Well prepared. One of the best Chinese restaurant in Cambridge. The aubergines with green chillis was delicious. Service a bit hit and miss but there is a homemade ambience that makes it all ok.
It was an unexpectedly busy night for the restaurant but the lovely gentleman serving us did everything he could to ensure that our food came out quickly. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!
Tucked away little restaurant on the ground floor of a small hotel but worth looking for! Delicious food, although no bar so just a small selection of drinks, (no wine) but the food was fantastic
Very good hotel nice bath very central 10 minutes walk to botanical garden only 25 minutes walk to go for punt on the river would recommend I will stay again
