Very, very poor service. Our whole section of 5 tables of 2-4 parties was unhappy. The restaurant was mostly empty, at this early dinner time on a Tuesday. Our server had 5 tables. She took our appetizer order. We ordered two appetizers off of the menu and said that we wanted to eat those first. After a very long time, she took our entree order. We reminded her that we still had not received our appetizers. 10 minutes later a different staff person brought our entrees. We never received our appetizers! And our server never checked on us again. She left the large, cumbersome menus on our table, cluttering the small space. We saw that she did that with others also. The table next to us receive...
This was my third time trying their food and it was about to be the last one but I changed my mind. It was absolutely delicious. My husband always orders fried rice with the spiciness level of 1 out of 5. I must say that the rice has never really hit the spot, it’s tasteless but my husband enjoys it. So this time I ordered the Pad Thai (spiciness 3) and it was just perfect! I cannot say anything bad about it. Also my husband said it was the best pad Thai he’d has in the twin cities. Service was good and our waitress was so kind! 5 stars based on their pad Thai.
We hit a glitch last night— our table might have got lost somehow, as it took 2 hours to get our three dinners, which didn’t even arrive together. The steamed dumplings were a soggy mess and the other dinners-pad Thai, green curry and a fish entree, were average at best. Tables came, were served and left while we waited. To go orders came and went. The manager claimed it was Guthrie rush, but I’m doubting it. She offered to comp something but never did. It may have been bad luck, but we won’t return. Plus parking is problematic.
Food was excellent, but our server was incredibly rude. He snapped at me when I tried to state the heat level of my dish, because he wanted to know what protein I wanted. Then the worst was he walked by our table and belched very loud and just kept walking and didn’t excuse himself. Overall, he was terribly rude

Awesome food, superb service! We absolutely loved every minute. The curry puffs, lemongrass noodles, and satay were to die for everything we ate was lovely. Hoping we can come back sooner rather than later!
We asked for 0 spice and still get very spicy. They did not offer to replace the dish with something without all the red chilis visible on zero spice dish!
Consistently good food and service. The downtown location has become pretty quiet and its generally easy to get a reservation .....or just walk in.
There were nine of us. Some of us liked our good. My husband and I were very disappointed. Will not go back

The service was quick but abrupt. While it was efficient, it lacked warmth and a welcoming atmosphere.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was serene. We really enjoyed our time there.
