Worst place to go to, me and my wife went there on Friday evening and we ordered two specialty rolls and two regular rolls, we also got edamame and avocado salad. We got one large sake and one juice and one sprite. We received one specialty roll and the second one was a regular roll but they charge specialty roll price. The bill came out to 106 dollars which is very high for a sushi place. We paid the bill but did not leave any tip. Once we left the place, the host chased us down to our car and questioned us why we didn't leave a tip. The fish is incredibly fresh, the tofu is homemade, and they offer sea eel and a range of dishes I've never encountered anywhere in New York. Food is very good. But the waitress/hostess is very rude and arrogant. She always gets the order incorrect as well. Then gets mad at customer. I’ve seen this same review by others saying same thing about this women and the owner should do something about it. It just isn’t necessary to have rude servers at such a great restaurant. I also witness her telling people they are closed at 1:30 for lunch when the owner is not there. I will not spend more money for terrible attitude from waitress any longer. I don’t think other will either.
First time and upon entering i saw a family get rejected because they had a service dog. Also, no children under 6 allowed..very strange. Onto the meal…The appetizers were nothing special. Had the tempura shrimp, fried squid and mixed seafood w/ soybean sauce. I found the squid and octupus hard and chewy. The sushi and sashimi combos on the other hand were very good and the fish was fresh. It was a bit pricy but the overall good quality.

This is the best sushi in Westchester. No frills high quality fish, courteous professional perfect service. Straight forward beverage program. Excellent pacing for omakase even seated in the dining room. This is for people who appreciate the art of sushi and Japanese cuisine. Can't wait to come again.
Very disappointing experience. The decor feels outdated and the staff, including the owners, were quite disrespectful. While the food was decent, the overall atmosphere lacked any youthful energy. I think it's time for new leadership. It used to be so good. The pink tablecloths are quite a throwback!
Authentic Japanese cuisine at its finest. The omakase experience is a remarkable journey filled with exquisite dishes. The quality of the fish selection is exceptional, and the preparations are superb. Sazan is owner-operated, and the service is courteous and respectful.
Terribile, the waiters are rude and made us going out without ordering.. awful experience. I don’t recommend.
