If you stay in the Paderborn region, make a stay at Schlosshotel Erwitte and a dinner at the restaurant. You sleep in a historical building with nowadays comfort. The restaurant is excellent, the wine is from the moselle and outstanding.
Sehr nettes Team und die Küche ist super. Sind schon öfters dort gewesen. Einfach mal in einer guten Location gut Essen. Gute deutsche Küche ,was wirklich mal Hervorragend ist.
Good food and fine service. Glad to see this place open again. Hope to be back soon.
