Horrible customer service. They gave me an incomplete order. Didn?t find out until I had reached my destination. I called to let them know and I was told I can come back to pick up just the part that was missing. My complaint is that this isn?t a mistake I made, therefor I should be compensated in some way for having to come back to have their mistake corrected. I tried to give this location another chance. I came back. Placed my order. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. While multiple customers came in and out with their orders. I spoke with a manager name Erica. I asked about corporate phone number. She said it?s on the receipt. I check the receipt. No number. Then she tells me it?s o...
When I was living in Texas, Schlotzsky's was a popular place to hang out, eat, chat, and have discussions over a delicious sandwich. This location is very spacious with ample parking. The menu is the same as any other Schlotzsky's. Depending on the time of year, you can enjoy the outdoor patio. Whether you prefer booths or tables, there are plenty of options for both large groups and solo visitors. The food is fresh and prices are average for a sandwich spot. Enjoy your meal! PS. You'll need a code for the restroom, and if the music is too loud, just ask politely and they will adjust it for you.
I have been going to this Schlotzsky's location for over 20 years and I highly recommend it! I love their bread, ham, and garlic butter - it is so delicious. I used to come here for lunch when I worked in the area, but recently I have been using the drive-thru. They also have outdoor seating which I'm sure will be popular when the weather is cooler. Even if they make a mistake with my order, the sandwich is still delicious. If you found this review helpful, please consider giving it a like!
I've been dining at the country club location in Mesa since it opened and it has never disappointed. However, I have only been to the location on Priest and Southern twice in 28 years and both times were disappointing. The bread was hard, the meat was dry, and the vegetables were old and not fresh. It's like they are not even from the same company. The customer service was great, but that's not the reason I came.
