Havent eaten here in 4 years.. I stopped in with my husband, and to my surprise after chatting him up to go.. The seasonal chocolate sprinkles doughnut was honestly kind of stale tasting.. The creame filled french horn was amazing, the bovarian creame was ok.. The toppings are kind of scarce as well. Although, ill always come back for small town businesses..
This is always a fantastic place to get fresh baked goods! At 68 years old, I fondly remember visiting here as a young girl, and it has really stood the test of time. I still love the bakery! Haha! Patricia, the Oklahoma girl. Kucha's enkelin.
It's a charming family-owned bakery, and I would definitely return. They offer a variety of donuts, bread, cookies, and even some souvenirs for purchase. Although it's small, the quality is great, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

In my 53 years, I've never been able to find a bakery that could even come close to Schmidt's bakery and I've lived in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Tennessee, Alabama, Minnesota and South Dakota.. best of the best

"Zingers were great but I'm told the quality has worsened. I thought the sauce was delicious and they were nice and crispy. The fries on the other hand sucked, waste of money."
