Hello, I recently ordered the beef Italian pizza and mango habanero wings at Smidys Pizza. As a truck driver, it can be challenging to find a good pizza restaurant while on the road. I asked locals for recommendations and many suggested trying Smidys for their amazing Italian beef pizza. I have to say, it was one of the best pizzas I've had on the road. The pizza was delicious and lived up to its reputation. The only downside was that the portion of toppings seemed a bit tight and they didn't provide napkins or condiments like pepper or Parmesan cheese. When I asked for some, they gave me a small package. The wings were also a hit - they were slightly crispy, large, and cooked to perfection....
Hello, I ordered the Beef Italian pizza and Manho Habnero Wings. It's hard to find good pizza restaurants. When I ask locals from DeMotte to Morocco about good pizza, most Schmidys say. Italian beef pizza was amazing. The best thing I had over the street. Being a Yankee, pizza is life and Schmidys can best hang. The cashier was a little tight with the spices. She has not offered napkins or crushed pepper or parm. When I asked, she gave me a tiny package. The wings are slightly baked, large and fried for perfection. The Mango Habnero sauce was overly sweet. But it's called Schmidy's pizza, not Schmidy's wings. Totally great experience. You need to give at least napkins and ask if you need any...
The buffet was not good. Three kinds of pizza for the whole time we were there, another was getting ready to come out as we were leaving, but not anything we wanted. At one point only a couple slices out. Dry, hard breadsticks with no marinara.meh salad bar. I did like the piece of Buffalo chicken pizza I had, maybe it would be better to just order a pizza and not do the buffet, this was our first time there.
The Italian meat sandwiches and variety of wings at this restaurant are popular and loved by many. The owner clearly takes pride in their establishment and is an active member of our small community in Renssela. I distinctly recall conversations with locals about the generous donations of pizzas to our police officers and firefighters during the tragic fire at the old Sears building.

I've been working from home for a few weeks. Unfortunately, that means I can eat a lot. I tried some local places and didn't find any good pizza. That changed tonight! Schmidy baked a delicious meat cake covered with goat cheese. The crust was light and fluffy. The pizza sauce was very good. I recommend tasting it myself!
Love these Italian beef sandwiches and all different wing sauces. The owner must also be very proud of our small Renssela community. I remember talking about the pizzas that the owner gave to our police and firefighters when the old Sears building burned down.
I've been here many times and never been disappointed. Great options and great tasting! I highly recommend the Cheeseburger Pizza (pizzen on pizza is better than it sounds) or the Buffalo Chicken Pizza or the Barbecue Chicken Pizza. All are amazing!
small place own pizzeria connection the os fabulous. this is by far my favorite pizza in and around rensselaer, but they are very affordable. on certain days.

We stopped trying to go there because most of the time they were closed.
