Dined in with a friend. Staff were totally incompetent and tables and glasses were none less than filthy! Ordered our food and a small bottle of wine each. The girl was extremely surprised when we asked for glasses to drink our wine from. I’m not...sure about others, but personally have never drank wine directly from the bottle! We took these to our table, which we cleaned, where we realised just how dirty both glasses were and that one was cracked. I returned them and asked for two clean glasses. The girl went through the small shelf of glasses, finally handed me two and said....those are about the cleanest ones! Really?? However when I got them to the table discovered that they were as bad...
Food is really delicious- well schnitzels and wraps anyhow. Wasn't as sold on the chips- they were a bit dry or overcooked. Girl on checkout wasn't that helpful- added extra charges because she didn't specify which drinks were part of the deal' then struggled to...work out the difference (couldn't do the math in her head, it was difference, not hard to figure out! The restaurant was clean and tidy, service was fast (was a Sunday at lunchtime) as not overly busy. Whilst food was good I felt that everything was quite overpriced- for a few fries, for a small soft drink and the cheapest wrap was almost for a fast food place it's not cheap. As for pan fried....a bit of the crumbs fell on my jeans...
Went to order replacement meals for order weeks ago that consisted of wrong items. Ordered Aussie with no relish aioli instead and mushrooms. Received uncooked bun, no bacon, no mushrooms, onions I didn’t want. Bun fell apart, chicken half reg size, overcooked dry and...stringy. Ordered Hawaiian burger, bun not cooked, thin piece of chicken, dry stringy, bacon that looked steamed but not cooked, had to cook when I got home and soggy oily chips I put in airfryer. Won’t buy there again. Absolutely unenjoyable meal. Staff member started work half hour after I arrived. Answered phone, touched money in till, checked on chips, did not wash hands or sanitise. Not sure if the others do. It’s serious...
The Schnitzels here are always good. Pan fried to perfection and very tasty. I grew up on this style in the and but sadly the Pot and Parma brigade has taken over elsewhere and all you get is an anonyomous slab of something...smothered in cheese and sauce. None of that here , just a good old fashioned schnitzel on a plate, on a roll or a wrap with a wide variety of extras and condiments if desired. Long live the Schnitzel and Schnitz.

I’ve been to a few Schnitz now in fact right around the country. As usual, I’m eating on the run and where possible try to get something healthy. Today, instead of a wrap I ordered a Mediterranean salad on the go. Not too...bad. Tasted fresh and a good size. Staff were rushed off the feet but friendly. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking.
We used to come to this restaurant when they first opened. The food was of the highest quality and service was really good. Today, we visited a run down place where tables were neglected and the good was well below par. Their famous fries were...now dark in color (possibly old oil or overcooked) and were way too salty. So sad...
Worst burger ever! I could not eat it: cold stale bun, salad not fresh. I asked for a refund. The so-called manager was very rude and argumentative. She refused to refund me and then ignored me completely. I will never go to Shnitz again.
Biggest issue is that they always give me a chicken schnitzel when I ask for a beef. The fries are okay, and they do have beers as well, but the assumption that I want a chicken schnitzel is just plain annoying.

What can I say that was a positive for this place.....NOTHING. Chicken not cooked and seriously overpriced. Never eat here AGAIN once was enough.
Very quick service and food was fresh. Staff really polite. One of the better schnitz's out there. Would recommend
