Some of things need to improvement: 1- The safety box doesn’t work. 2- There are no Services in the room, such as a water kettles, coffee machine, and clothes iron. *When I requested a water kettle, I was given an old bad one, and an additional cost was calculated on the room bill despite the employee not clarifying us is has a fee. The employee is supposed to be clear with the customer regarding the price and also that it be provided in the rooms for free and in a clean condition. 3-There is no refrigerator in the room. 4- There are no slippers. Features: 1- The behavior of the staff is very polite. 2- The room size is excellent. 3-The location of the room is close to services and the view...
We were able to enjoy a wonderful, enjoyable evening in a great feel-good atmosphere at Schönbühl! Enjoyment for all the senses, that's all you can say. The staff is absolutely charming and accommodating. The food was simply heavenly! Lovingly prepared, original and fresh dishes, wonderfully refined; a treat for the palate. Likewise the drinks. The location is fantastic! Thanks to the slightly elevated and set back location, there is a truly enchanting view of the lake and the mountains and yet still completely quiet. You can't hear anything from the main road by the lake below. The garden invites you to linger in summer. We are happy and already. We are thrilled and will be back!
Die Gegend um Thun war großartig. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Auf der Annexseite gibt es keinen Seeblick, aber man kann ihn riechen. Das Personal war gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Backwaren, Käse, Kaffee, alles gut. Der Frühstücksblick ist auch fantastisch. Vielen Dank. Wir hatten ein Babybett angefordert, aber als wir im Hotel ankamen, gab es keines. Das Personal hat eins hergebracht, aber es war auf einer Seite kaputt. Deshalb hatten wir Bedenken und haben es nicht benutzt. Es war ein unkomfortabler Aufenthalt, da die Betten zwei Einzelbetten waren und wir mit dem Baby schlafen mussten.
