I just spent a week at Hotel Schweizerhof as part of an organized ski week, and I was very impressed with the hotel. My room was on the “budget” level, yet it was spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Also, one of the ski rooms was just around the corner, and I found this to be particularly helpful. We were on half-board for the week. Breakfast and dinner were always excellent and offered a lot of variety. Also, the sauna and the Hamam were beautiful and lovely to use. I found every hotel staff person I encountered to be friendly and helpful, which really made the week even more pleasant. Finally, I loved that the hotel is right across the street from the bus station/post office....
Bezieht sich auf das Hamam: war früher meine Lieblingsadresse im Spa-Bereich. Vor einigen Jahren gab es noch Nebensaison und -Saison-Preise, heute gilt der höhere Einheitspreis. Darüber kann man hinweg sehen. Was sehr negativ auffält ist, dass die Sauna mittlerweile separat gebucht werden muss füt externe Gäste, der Preis bleibt sich gleich. Das Angebot im Ruheraum wird immer kleiner und das Personal versteht teilweise kein Deutsch. Also zusammengefasst, kostet mehr bei weniger Leistung.
Beautiful hotel in the center of Lenzerheide, spacious buildings furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is terrific, mostly local delicacies, very varied and extremely high quality. The bread was the best I've ever eaten! All employees were very friendly and welcoming. During our stay we had to deal with a skiing accident and the consequences, although the hotel was very helpful and compassionate, thank you again for that!
Some time ago we were able to celebrate my father's 80th birthday at the Schweizerhof. My wife and I have been there before and loved it. This time we were there with the whole family, including two small children. The hotel is also very suitable for this setting. Friendliness, processes, ambience, food... everything was great.
