People who cut hair are great and I have no complaints. They are the only reason it is not a 1 star review. The people running the front desk and billing are *incompetent*. I used a card that wasn’t on file and left. I then get a notification my card on file declined a charge. The front desk then calls me FIVE TIMES to press me to pay. I do and then I notice the double charge. I immediately call back and they say it will disappear. It doesn’t so i call and the manager says they removed it. Over two weeks later and I now have to dispute the charge. No haircut is worth this hassle.
I called at the last minute but Ryan took good care of me. I don’t have a regular barber for my facial hair but I do now. And the host was nothing short of immaculate. I literally got a good cut and a shot and more than happy with the service.
Had my first cut last week by Dan! Felt very welcomed as soon as I checked in and got my first drink. I asked about becoming a member and signed up right after my cut. Look forward to all the new benefits and cuts to come!
