We've been a few times and our experience has always been good. It's located opposite another popular dessert parlour, but we liked this place because it's a bit quieter. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but if you're going out for a treat it doesn't matter really. My partner particular likes their waffles. I also think the price is good for what you get. This place deserves to be busier.
I visited the place because I wanted to have a good and strong coffee. My coffee was (very) far from perfect, however, seeing the huge selection of ice cream, I couldn't help but try it and it was a good decision as it was delicious (although quite expensive). If I was there for coffee only, I would give this place a 2 out of 5 thanks to their ice cream they got 4 out of 5.
Customer service was EXCELLENT! The Lady behind the counter had a wonderful personality, warm/friendly/helpful/good energy. The gelato was ok, too sweet for us. The vanilla appeared to have chemical flavoring vs real vanilla, left a strong aftertaste. The pistachio tasted more authentic. Seating inside and out.
Ordered 3 sundaes this afternoon. These weren’t in an insulated bag, I watched the driver take them from moped box. I live 2 minutes up the road so although it’s hot outside I assumed they would be insulated and would be fine. Unfortunately not. Massive waste of nearly £30. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I orded a crape as stated on the menu that it is freshly made but the one i received this evening was taken from a packet and microwaved. It tasted absolutely vile and very soggy The worst crape i have ever had. Not acceptable to serve microwaved crapes from a packet.
This pancake seemed like it was days old. I can’t believe I spend 7€ on this... truly disgusting. This is the first time I write a bad review about something like this cause I literally like everything. Don’t spend your money on this please
Despite signs stating that staff are ‘keeping safe’, masks when worn were mostly under the chin or not covering nose. Also, my decaf coffee latte was made from instant powder!! Horrid.
