I don’t typically indulge in iced coffee or similar drinks because they can be a bit pricey. However, when the craving hits, I make my way to Scooters for their great service and beverages. After a challenging week, I decided to treat myself today, and I'm so glad I did! My drink was incredible, and the customer service was exceptional. A young man named Cane assisted me, and he was not only fun and enthusiastic but also genuinely kind. He took the time to review some menu items with me, upgraded my drink to a larger size, and even covered the extra cost himself. I've been coming to this restaurant for around two weeks now, and while the food and coffee are excellent, the service has been quite disappointing. I always order the same sandwich, just without a couple of ingredients. Even though I've specified in the app that these items should be removed, they consistently end up on my sandwich. I've even asked multiple times for it to be made correctly. I would suggest choosing a different location instead of this one.
The coffee at this establishment is outstanding, but the owners have a very unwelcoming attitude. Employees are not allowed to wear coats during the winter and are criticized for bringing up this concern. This is simply unacceptable and shocking. How hard can it be to treat your staff with basic respect? I would advise the employees to consider forming a union quietly. I won’t be coming back here again. Best wishes.
The experience was truly disappointing. I was charged $5 for a burrito that was only about 2 inches long. I also paid another $5 for a maple sandwich, but half of the waffle was missing on top, and it was carelessly thrown into the bag. I waited 20 minutes for what ended up being a terrible meal. This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed it! I tried an iced honey latte, which had the perfect amount of sweetness. The staff members were extremely friendly, and the spicy sausage burrito was a big hit! This is definitely my new favorite place!
The coffee was mostly just water, lacking any real coffee flavor. When I requested a cup of water, the cashier told me it would cost 50 cents next time. Paying $6 for coffee that tasted so diluted felt like a complete scam.
