Scott's Restaurant - Walnut Creek

my husband surprises me and made reservations here for us on Valentine's Day. it was so delicious. this is one of our new favorite spots and if they are in the opposite, try after a new restaurant, I hope they are over. starting with our appetizer, we ordered the traditional trio. calamari, cajun popcorn shrimp and crab cakes. everything tasted so amazing and fresh. I was very surprised! before this night were my man and I were not a big fan of crab cakes, but now we are. the cajun popcorn shrimp was spiced to perfection and to calamari. Came here for a birthday dinner and the food and service were pretty good. We started with the spinach salad and Boston style clam chowder. The salad was drenched in dressing which was wayyy too salty, but the chowder was pretty good. For entries we had the crab pasta and salmon, both were pretty tasty. For dessert we had the fruit tart (I’m forgetting the name) and the bread pudding. The bread pudding was so delicious but I was too stuffed to eat more than a few bites and sadly didn’t take the rest home. We came on Dec 30th and the restaurant was almost empty, so the service was very fast. Overall I would eat here again.

finally get a chance to get the pictures and critique of the scotts seafood holiday buffet. the sheer amount of food was impressive. there were a lot of choices, of meeres fruits (natural) soups and carved meats. the Dessert display was inviting and desserts delicious. the waiting staff was right on the Mimosa refills. and finally, the band fantastic! I'd probably go back. it is a little expensive, definitiw rivalize las vegas buffet price, but not so wide a lot.

I have been coming to scott for 23 years; it is my place for fresh, carefully prepared seafood. the cocktails are wonderfully spiced out with generous, and the personal is professional snoring friendly. parking in the garage for a laborious free entrance and exit. I recommend scotts to anyone who doesn't want to drive in sf for their seafood mix.
